1.  Awakening Plus Weekend

Purpose:  To guide individuals and a church in a process that leads to personal and corporate revival.

Format:  John and a team will guide a church through five sessions from Friday night through Sunday morning.  There will be a mixture of testimonies, preaching, and small group processing.  The church will also receive practical direction for preparing for an event like this, as well as specific steps for consistently walking with God after the event.

Sessions:  Participants will hear the need, requirements, and response necessary for spiritual awakening, such as:

  • We need spiritual awakening. We have departed from God.  We are currently under His judgment.  If we do not turn we will perish.  We are in a crisis moment.  It cannot be business as usual.
  • Judgment begins at the house of God.  Christians must repent first before there can be a change in the nation.
  • The sins hindering spiritual awakening include, losing our first love, losing the fear of God, ignorance of how to recognize judgment, unreconciled relationships, and presuming on the love and grace of God.
  • There is yet hope, however, because God promises if we humble ourselves, pray, seek His face and turn from our wicked ways, He will hear, forgive, and heal our land.

2.  Prayer

Purpose:  To train participants how to walk in consistent fellowship with God through a dynamic personal prayer life.
